The challenge of becoming a data-driven organization isn’t in finding the data: it’s in focusing on the right data and making sure that all parts of the organization have the same data. This panel will cover how to design and build a unified data infrastructure that serves multiple reporting and performance needs.
Our conversation will include strategic guidance from bank leaders who have successfully established integrated data processes and CDFI consultants who can share perspectives on how data management strategies vary across different community bank contexts.
