About me
Dave Glaser is a finance and community development leader with more than 20 years of experience aligning capital with purpose. He was previously president and chief executive officer of MoFi, a community development financial institution headquartered in Montana, where he led the organization's expansion from four counties to 13 states, a 20-fold increase in annual lending, introduced new digitally driven lending products for 'nearly bankable' businesses, and delivered nearly $1 billion in investments to underserved people and communities. While at MoFi, Dave forged strategic partnerships with community banks across the West to help them better serve clients that weren't quite bank ready. Dave was a presidential appointee on the Community Development Advisory Board at the U.S. Treasury Department, and during his tenure on the board was vice chair and chair. At Stitch, Dave helps mission-driven financial institutions modernize lending through technology that enhances efficiency without losing the human connection at the heart of community finance. Stitch is a banking-as-infrastructure partner built specifically for community financial institutions. We are a building a FinTech sponsor bank and a correspondent bank for your institution: curating, vetting, and managing fintech solutions that can be delivered under your brand, in your institution's name. You keep the relationship and the mission. We handle the complexity as your trusted bank partner. The first three products are just the start; our roadmap continues to address the operational and competitive pain points community FIs face every day.
