Johnny Donaldson is executive vice president and chief culture officer of BankPlus in Ridgeland, Miss., and as president of BankPlus-Jackson. He has 35 years of banking experience, including 21 years with BankPlus.
Johnny serves on the board of directors for St. Dominic Hospital, Mission Mississippi, Mississippi Center for Justice, and Central Mississippi Planning and Development District. He is a member of the 100 Black Men of Jackson and the Rotary Club of Jackson.
He earned a degree in banking and finance from the University of Southern Mississippi and is a graduate of the Louisiana State University Graduate School of Banking. He is a graduate of Leadership Mississippi and Leadership Greater Jackson.
Johnny and his family attend Greater New Jerusalem Missionary Baptist Church, where he serves as an associate minister.
