About me
Terence Hosten is a highly experienced business executive with a proven track record leading diverse domestic and international teams across competitive, fast-paced industries. Hosten joined Industrial Bank in 2019 and serves as senior vice president of strategic industry solutions and director of the New Markets Tax Credit program. In this role, he spearheads new business initiatives and manages the Citi mentor-protege program, which includes key contracts with the U.S. Department of Treasury. Prior to his tenure at Industrial Bank, Hosten was the director of government strategic programs at First Data, where he oversaw cross-phase implementation of treasury, marketing, and product delivery initiatives driven by macro and micro economic data trends. His extensive background also includes developing emerging technology strategies and process optimizations for industry giants IBM, KPMG Consulting, and Microsoft. He holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Tufts University and an MBA from Columbia University.
