Hotel Information: The National Housing Center is located in downtown, Washington D.C., within walking distance of a variety of hotels offering rooms at a wide range of price points. Brendon oversees revenue and portfolio growth across Neighborhood Trust Financial Partners’ flagship financial wellness solutions: TrustPlus and Pathways to Financial Empowerment. In his 10 years with Neighborhood Trust, he has supported programming implementation for partner organizations of all shapes and sizes, from local businesses with a handful of employees to financial institutions and corporations with a presence in virtually every state.
He is keenly interested in understanding and overcoming the barriers that limit engagement with financial wellness programs, even as the vast majority of people experience some level of financial stress. Prior to joining Neighborhood Trust, he spent several years working in the labor movement in Boston, where he developed his passion for leveraging relationships and community organizing as tools to advance social and economic justice.
