Hotel Information: The National Housing Center is located in downtown, Washington D.C., within walking distance of a variety of hotels offering rooms at a wide range of price points. Colin Bishopp is the CEO of FASTPACE, the infrastructure platform powering small-balance and middle-market C-PACE lending for CDFIs and other mission-aligned capital providers. Before founding FASTPACE, Colin served as executive director of PACENation, where he helped grow C-PACE from an emerging niche into a mainstream commercial real estate financial product.
As a Fulbright scholar in 2016, Colin taught a seminar on clean energy finance at the University of Cape Town Graduate School of Business. Earlier in his career, he was a presidential appointee at the U.S. Department of Energy, focused on initiatives related to clean energy finance and deployment.
