I am responsible for City First Bank’s market expansion through loan syndications and participations and deposit opportunities.
City First Bank is the largest black led MDI in the country and a CDFI. We are nationally chartered and looking for participation and syndication opportunities.
We focus on the creation and preservation of affordable housing, providing access to capital for small businesses and for helping nonprofit, education and health care organizations expand on their mission by providing them with the capital they need.
We offer term loans and lines of credit, leverage and leverage source loans, bridge loans and construction and commercial real estate loans including PACE.
